Students from our partner institutions can pay tuition and fees at their home institution and enroll at William Paterson University for one or two semesters without any additional tuition costs! Likewise, if you're a WPU student, you won't be responsible for tuition fees at our partner host institutions. It's a win-win for everyone! 🌍🎓 Partner Institutions: ICES International: ICES University Artevelde University of Applied Science: Arteveldehoge School Windesheim University of Applied Science: Windesheim University Third-Party Programs: Explore collaborative study abroad programs where you can travel alongside students and faculty from various universities while earning WPU credit hours. These programs are available during winter and summer breaks, as well as for semester and year-long durations, covering a wide range of academic disciplines. Short-Term Programs: Typically taking place during summer, spring, or winter breaks, these programs vary in duration from 2 to 4 weeks and offer 3 to 6 course credits. Our offerings evolve each year, featuring new destinations and diverse fields of study (e.g., Communication in Fiji and Tonga, Psychology in Greece, etc.). Summer program announcements and applications are usually available in early October. 🚀 Now is the perfect time to start your study abroad journey! Financial Aid and Scholarships: Federal and State Aid: Students participating in exchange programs can apply for both federal and state aid. Contact the Financial Aid office for more information. Benjamin A Gilman International Scholarship: Enables students of limited financial means to study or intern abroad. Boren Awards Scholarships: For U.S. students to study in Africa, Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, Eurasia, Latin America, and the Middle East. Freeman-Asia: Provides scholarships for U.S. undergraduate students with demonstrated financial need to study abroad in East or Southeast Asia. Study Abroad Application: Apply via Terradotta. Application Deadlines: February 1 or March 1: Summer, Fall, Academic Year (Check program information pages for specific deadline dates.)
